The purpose of the Southeast District Council on Youth Ministries is to unify, reach out and provide unique Christian worship experiences to all youth of the Southeast District, connect these youth to the ministries of the Arkansas Conference of the United Methodist Church, empower youth to grow in leadership and promote working together in all fields which concern youth ministry, and offer all youth the opportunity to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ.
